Greases are vital for reliable mechanical operation where oils cannot perform. The right grease selection reduces downtime, extends equipment life, cuts maintenance costs, and ensures safe, efficient performance across industries.
The appropriate selection of grease depends on:
. Operating temperature and load
. Exposure to water, dust, or chemicals
. Compatibility with system components
. Regulatory requirements (e.g., NSF certification for food grade)
Choosing the right grease ensures:
✅ Reduced equipment downtime
✅ Extended component life
✅ Lower maintenance costs
✅ Safe and efficient operation
